米国から初のSaatchi Artプリントご購入！「Symphony in Verdant Veil (048)」がアラバマ州へ無事到着

医師として働きながら、学会や大学業務のない休日や深夜にアクリル抽象画を描いています。

先日、とても嬉しいニュースがありました。
米国在住の方から、Saatchi Art経由で私の作品のプリント版を初めてご購入いただいたのです！

印刷から配送までのリアルな過程

Saatchi Artのシステムは本当に便利で、作品の準備状況がリアルタイムで確認できます。

• オーダー当日から2日後：印刷・梱包完了 
• 発送元：米国カリフォルニア州 Fremont（フレモント） 
• 到着まで：約1週間 
• 配送先：アラバマ州の某都市

UPSの配送追跡IDをクリックすると、作品が今どの州にいて、どこに向かっているのかが地図上で一目瞭然。
日本にいながら、まるで自分の作品が旅をしているのをリアルタイムで見守っているような感覚でした。

そして最終的に届いたという通知と共に、UPSの置き配写真もアップされていました。

遠く離れた場所で、私の絵が誰かの日常に

心に浮かぶ癒しのイメージや自然の流れから着想を得た抽象画が、地球の反対側で誰かの壁に飾られる。
こんな素敵なことが現実になるとは、ギャラリーを始めたばかりの頃は想像もしていませんでした。購入してくださった方、本当にありがとうございます。
作品がこれからどんな空間で、どんな気持ちとともに過ごしていくのか、想像するだけで幸せです。

First Print Sale to the United States on Saatchi Art! “Symphony in Verdant Veil” Arrives Safely in Alabama

Hello, I’m Etoupe Abstracts (Minako Yamaoka-Tojo), a cardiologist and abstract acrylic painter based in Tokyo.

I have wonderful news to share — I received my first print purchase from a customer in the United States via Saatchi Art!

The Exciting Journey from Order to Delivery

Saatchi Art’s system allows real-time tracking, which made the whole process incredibly enjoyable even from Japan.

• 2 days after order: Printing and packing completed 
• Shipped from: Fremont, California, USA 
• Delivered in: Approximately 1 week 
• Destination: A city in Alabama

With the UPS tracking number, I could follow the package’s movement across the map — watching it travel across the United States felt like sending a little piece of my heart overseas.

When the delivery notification arrived, it even included a porch delivery photo from UPS. Seeing my artwork safely placed at the customer’s front door brought me pure joy.

It is deeply moving to know that a painting born in a small studio in Tokyo now hangs in someone’s home on the other side of the world.
